AI Workshop
AI training that builds something, not just talks about it. Three hours, your real business data, and a working automation you leave with.
Sound familiar?
Your team has sat through AI webinars and nothing changed on Monday. You have bought tools that never delivered the payback you were promised. And nobody has told you, plainly, which of your processes to automate first or which tool to use.
Most AI workshops are theatre. Slides, a demo, a certificate, and no change. This one fixes those three problems in three hours, using your actual business data.
What we cover
Four sessions, built around your business, not a generic deck.
AI Foundations
What AI actually is, and is not, why most AI projects fail, and the Foundation First approach that does not.
Data Foundation Audit
We audit your systems and score your AI readiness, then name the gaps and the priorities.
Prompt Engineering
The RAIN framework, the fastest way to get reliable, structured output from any AI tool.
Your First Automation, Built Live
We build a working workflow from your own intake data. You leave with the importable file.
What you take away
A working tool and the means to keep going, not just notes.
- A working automation workflow file, ready to import into n8n.
- Your AI Readiness Score with a personalised action plan.
- The RAIN prompt engineering cheat sheet.
- A Quick Win Scorecard for picking what to automate next.
- A beginner guide to n8n.
- A guide to Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot.
Built for leaders, not developers
SME owner
You want clarity on automation priorities and how to actually implement them.
Operations manager
You are managing manual processes and want hands on guidance, not theory.
Senior leadership
You are building an AI adoption strategy and need the team aligned on it.
Designed for non technical staff. If your team can use Excel and email, they can follow this.
How the funding works
Staff training is one of the easier things to subsidise in Ireland.
Where your business belongs to, or can join, a relevant Skillnet network, the cost of training can be partly subsidised. Your Local Enterprise Office also supports training and mentoring for smaller businesses. We will tell you on the call which route fits and how to access it.
Subsidy rates and eligibility are set by Skillnet Ireland and the funding bodies and change from time to time. We confirm current terms for your business before you book on that basis.
What it costs
Your facilitator
