AI Automation
We automate the repetitive work that eats your team's week. Built, tested, and handed over so you own it. No black boxes.
The work that quietly costs you a person
Someone on your team rekeys the same data between two systems every week. Someone builds the monthly report by hand. Someone chases an order status that a customer could have been told automatically.
None of it is hard. All of it is slow, and it scales badly. The first question is never which AI tool. It is what the manual process is today, and whether automating it pays back. If a process is broken, we fix the process first. Automating a broken process just breaks it faster.
What we automate
Seven workflows we have built in production for Irish SMEs. Each one has run live in a real business, not just a demo.
Quotation and pricing
Generate consistent quotes from your rules and price lists.
Order acknowledgement
Confirm orders and keep fulfilment status updated automatically.
Invoice data capture
Pull supplier invoice data into your accounts without rekeying.
Customer support triage
Route and draft responses to inbound queries before they pile up.
Management reporting
Build the monthly report from your systems, on time, every time.
Demand and reorder
Forecast demand and flag stock reorder points before you run short.
Document generation
Produce repeatable documents from templates and live data.
How the engagement works
Four stages. You see a working version inside two weeks, and you own everything at the end.
Discovery
A half day on site mapping the process we are automating.
Build
Two to six weeks of remote work, weekly check ins, working version within two weeks.
Parallel run
Two to four weeks running alongside the manual process to prove it.
Handover
Written runbook, test evidence, your own credentials, and 30 days of support after go live.
Tools we use
We use the tools we recommend, every day. The stack is chosen for what you can maintain, not what looks impressive.
- n8n for workflow automation, which you can host yourself.
- Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot where you already run on Microsoft.
- Claude as the default language model, with ChatGPT where it fits.
- Your existing ERP, CRM, and accounting stack. We automate around what you have, not rip it out.
What it costs
Fixed fee quotes from €6,000 to €25,000, depending on scope and how many systems we connect. You know the number before we start. No hourly billing. No scope creep.
How the funding works
Automation is most often grant funded as part of a wider digital project. The right route depends on your size and which agency you work with.
Smaller and local businesses
Your Local Enterprise Office is the first stop. The Grow Digital Voucher funds eligible third party software and configuration, though not bespoke build work, and Digital for Business and mentoring support the groundwork. We explain on the call what your project qualifies for.
Enterprise Ireland clients
For larger, multi system digital process projects, Digital Process Innovation funds up to half of eligible costs. It suits bigger builds rather than a single small automation. Subject to eligibility and EI approval.
We confirm what you qualify for before you commit, and we sequence the work so you never start before approval. For a small standalone automation we will tell you honestly whether a grant route fits or whether the fixed fee is the cleaner option.
Grant values and eligibility are set by the funding bodies and change from time to time. We confirm current terms for your business before any application.
Who this is for
Irish SMEs with 10 to 200 employees in manufacturing, engineering, food and beverage, and professional services. Businesses that run on processes and people who are stretched, where a few hours back every week is real money.
Why DeBlaca
Twenty years in operations at Intel before I wrote a line of automation. An engineering degree and Lean Six Sigma behind it. I have seen automation fail from the inside, and it is almost never the technology. It is a process nobody mapped and a tool nobody owned.
So we map first, build for the person who has to run it, and hand it over with a runbook. If I would not put it into my own work, I will not put it into yours.

Questions
What does an AI automation project cost?
A fixed fee between €6,000 and €25,000, depending on scope and how many systems we connect. You agree the number before we start, and much of it can be grant funded depending on your size and agency status.
How long does it take?
You see a working version within two weeks. A full engagement runs through discovery, a two to six week build, a two to four week parallel run, and handover, then 30 days of support after go live.
Which tools do you use?
n8n for workflow automation, Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot where you run on Microsoft, Claude as the default language model, and your existing ERP, CRM, and accounting systems. You own all credentials at handover.
Can automation be grant funded?
Sometimes, and it depends on the project. Larger digital projects by Enterprise Ireland clients can route through Digital Process Innovation. Smaller businesses use Local Enterprise Office supports, and the Grow Digital Voucher can fund eligible third party software, though not bespoke build work. We tell you honestly whether a grant route fits or the fixed fee is cleaner.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. You get a written runbook, test evidence, and your own credentials. The automation runs in your environment, not ours.
What if our process is a mess?
Then we fix the process before we automate it. Automating a broken process just makes the mess faster. That is part of the work, not an extra.
